DVC Point Charts
Disney Vacation Club doesn’t price rooms in dollars — it prices them in points. Every resort has a chart setting how many points a night costs, and that number moves with the season, the villa, the view and the day of the week. Below is the published chart for all 18 DVC resorts, alongside what each night costs to rent from us at $25 per point.
Browse by year
Disney publishes a fresh chart each year and the season boundaries shift, so the same week can cost a different number of points from one year to the next.

How a DVC point chart works
- Points are per night.
- Look up each night of your stay and add them together — a chart never quotes a total.
- Weekends cost more.
- Friday and Saturday carry a higher rate than Sunday–Thursday. Shifting a stay to mid-week is the single biggest lever on the total.
- Seasons are Disney’s, not ours.
- Each resort splits the year into seasons, and the boundaries move slightly every year — which is why the charts are not interchangeable.
- View and villa change everything.
- A theme-park-view studio and a standard-view studio can differ by a third, in the same room, on the same night.
