Welcome to DVC Rental. By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our service

DVC Rental acts as a broker connecting renters with Disney Vacation Club members who wish to rent their points. We facilitate confirmed reservations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or Disney Vacation Club.

2. Reservations & payments

All quotes are estimates until a reservation is confirmed. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to the rental agreement provided at booking. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any incidental charges incurred at the resort.

3. Non-refundable reservations

Point rentals are confirmed, non-refundable reservations. Once booked, reservations cannot be canceled, modified, or transferred for a refund. Please review our cancellation policy and consider travel insurance before booking.

4. Eligibility & accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old to book. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for your reservation and to keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property ofDVC Rental or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DVC Rental is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the applicable reservation.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
