Renting DVC points is simple and secure. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you find a stay to the moment you check in.
Find your stay
Search live availability for your dates or browse confirmed-reservation deals by resort, room type, and view. Found something you love? Move to a quote in one click.
Get an instant quote
Our Point Calculator shows exactly how many points your stay needs and your all-in rental price — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Place your deposit
Reserve your villa with a secure deposit through our encrypted checkout. Your deposit is only refundable if we can’t secure your reservation. Your rental agreement is generated and emailed to you for review and signature.
Receive your confirmation
We book the reservation in your name through a Disney Vacation Club member. You receive an official Disney confirmation number — your stay is locked in.
Link it in My Disney Experience
Add the confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account to manage dining, plan your days, and complete online check-in just like any Disney guest.
Check in & enjoy
Arrive at the resort, check in at the front desk (or skip to your room with online check-in), and settle into the same Deluxe Villa that DVC members enjoy.
Good to know
Point rentals are confirmed reservations, which means they are non-refundable. Because the points are committed to your stay the moment we book, we strongly recommend protecting your trip with travel insurance. Review our cancellation policy and a sample rental agreement before you book.
