Getting Started

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members own a real-estate interest at Disney Deluxe Villa resorts and receive an annual allotment of "points" to book stays. When a member isn't using their points, they can rent them to you. You get to stay in the same Deluxe Villas that DVC members enjoy — often for 30–50% less than booking the same room directly through Disney.

Booking & Points

The most popular resorts, room types, and seasons book up 7–11 months in advance. For the best selection — especially Studios, holidays, and hard-to-get resorts like the Grand Floridian and Polynesian — we recommend requesting availability as early as possible. Last-minute stays are sometimes available on our Deals page.

Once your booking is finalized you receive a Disney confirmation number tied to your name. You can view the reservation in My Disney Experience and even complete online check-in. Confirmed Reservations on our Deals page already have a Disney confirmation number assigned and are ready to transfer to you.

Payments

A deposit secures your reservation, with the balance due before your stay. We accept major credit cards through a secure, encrypted checkout. Your card details are processed by our payment provider over a server-to-server connection — they are never stored on our website.

No. The price you see includes everything for your villa rental. Optional add-ons like Disney Dining Plans, park tickets, and travel insurance are clearly priced separately if you choose to add them.

Your Stay

Yes! You can purchase discounted Disney park tickets and add a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Dining plans must be added at least 15 days before check-in.

DVC Deluxe Villas include Trash & Towel service on day 4 and full cleaning on day 8 of stays of a week or longer. Additional housekeeping can be arranged with Disney for a fee. This mirrors the standard service DVC members receive.

Changes & Cancellations

Because reservations are made with a member's points, rentals are generally non-refundable — which is how we keep prices so low. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
