What's the cancellation policy?

You can cancel for any reason — you just receive a travel credit rather than cash back, because the member's points are already committed to your stay. How much you get depends on how early you tell us: 75% at 60 days to 11 months out, 50% at 32–59 days, 25% at 5–31 days, and nothing within 4 days of check-in.
