Disney Vacation Club Point Rental Agreement
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between DVC Rental ("Broker"), the Disney Vacation Club member providing the points ("Member"), and the renter named on the reservation ("Renter").
1. The Reservation
Broker will arrange for the Member to book a confirmed reservation at the agreed Disney Vacation Club Resort, for the agreed room type, view, and travel dates, in the Renter's name. A Disney confirmation number will be provided once the reservation is secured.
2. Payment
Renter agrees to pay the total rental amount as quoted. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking, with the balance due per the schedule stated on the invoice. All payments are processed through Broker's secure checkout.
3. Non-Refundable; No Changes
Renter acknowledges that this is a non-refundable reservation. Once booked, the reservation cannot be canceled, modified, or transferred for a refund. Changes to dates, resort, room type, or view are not permitted. No-shows and early departures are not eligible for any refund. Renter is strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering non-refundable travel.
4. Reservation Linking
Renter is responsible for linking the confirmation number to a My Disney Experience account and for completing online check-in and any dining or experience reservations.
5. Resort Policies
Renter agrees to comply with all Disney resort policies, including occupancy limits, check-in/check-out times, and any incidental charges, which remain the Renter's responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
Broker's liability is limited to the amounts paid under this Agreement. Broker is not responsible for Disney's operational decisions, resort closures, refurbishments, or events outside Broker's reasonable control.
7. Entire Agreement
