About Boardwalk Villas

Disney's BoardWalk Villas recreate the seaside glamour of a 1920s Atlantic City boardwalk — a lively waterfront promenade of restaurants, midway games and entertainment, all just a short walk from the International Gateway of Epcot. Renting points here puts you in the heart of the Epcot resort area for far less than Disney's published rates.

Studios through three-bedroom Grand Villas overlook either the bustling boardwalk or a quiet garden courtyard. A walking path leads to Epcot in minutes, and a boat or the Disney Skyliner (from the neighboring resorts) connects you to Hollywood Studios.

Few resorts blend location and personality like the BoardWalk. Tell us your travel dates and we'll find you the best available points price.
