No Questions Asked Cancellation Policy
When you submit a booking form through DVC-Rental, a deposit is required to begin the reservation process. Please review the following terms carefully, as they govern all deposits and balance payments.
Deposit Refund Policy Your deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to secure the room on your behalf. However, once your room has been successfully booked and your rental contract has been issued, your deposit becomes non-refundable should you choose to cancel. At that point, your reservation falls under our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance Credit Timetable outlined below.
Balance Payment Policy Upon receiving your rental contract — which confirms your room has been successfully booked — you will have 7 days to submit your remaining balance. Failure to submit payment within 7 days of receiving your contract will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your deposit. No exceptions can be made to this policy, as our members’ points are held exclusively for your reservation during this window.
Acknowledgment of Terms By submitting a booking form and completing the Payment Terms Agreement, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to all policies on this page. A timestamped record of your acknowledgment is maintained on file.

Our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance allows you to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, up to 4 days prior to your check-in date. Our insurance will allow you to cancel or change your reservation, according to the Refund Timetable listed below.

In addition to our complimentary No Questions Asked Cancellation Policy, DVC-Rental has now partnered with TravelEx Insurance Services in order to offer you comprehensive travel insurance services. With a separate insurance policy, you are covered for all of those situations beyond the control of DVC-Rental (hurricane, snowstorm, tornado, pandemic, an act of terrorism, flight cancellation, etc) that can happen less than 5 days prior to check in, where the No Questions Asked policy does not offer coverage.
With our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance, you will be able to make changes to the reservation including change of travel dates, villa category, and resort. Any such changes are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to all conditions of the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance. You will receive a credit according to the Refund Timetable and any additional bookings will be considered and treated as a new reservation and will not be covered under the original No Questions Asked Travel Insurance agreement.
There will be no credits offered if you cancel less than 4 days prior to your check-in date, and any situations beyond the control of DVC-Rental (hurricane, snowstorm, tornado, pandemic, an act of terrorism, flight cancellation, etc) will not receive a credit.
