Reservation Process and Rules

  1. Choose when and where you would like to stay and which size villa you would like.  Certain villas have different views with different point costs as well.
  2. Use our Check Availability Tool to find available rooms for your reservation.  The more flexible you are, the greater the chance of success. Once you have found a room, click “Book Now” and fill out the form to submit your request. If you would like the dining plan or park tickets, this can be added after your reservation has been confirmed.
  3. Once you are ready to book the room, a $200 deposit is taken (via PayPal), which is fully refundable to you if your reservation can not be secured.  We have to match up a renter of points and contact Member Services to make the reservations so this may take a few business days.  We will keep you posted to the progress of your request.
  4. A confirmation number and contract will be e-mailed to you. You can view/confirm the reservation directly with Disney Vacation Club. The e-mail will also contain all of the balance of payment details. Once you have verified everything is correct, click the link to the contract and sign which can be done online.
  5. You complete the payment for the balance of your reservation. We accept checks, Credit/Debit cards, Zelle, or Paypal (if the renter prefers to pay with a Debit/Credit card or Paypal, we require them to pay the 4% fee that Paypal charges at that point).
  6. All reservations include our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance. Information about this insurance can be found here.

Rules for your stay…

As a guest of a DVC Member, you will receive all the benefits of any guest staying at a resort at Walt Disney World, including Magical Express, the Dining Plan and Extended Magic Hours.  However, you will not receive any discounts at restaurants and shopping that a DVC member might receive (you would need to present your DVC card).

While DVC is a timeshare from Disney, nobody will bother you to take tours or pester you to sign up for anything (unless you approach them first).  One thing to keep in mind though is that with staying at a Vacation Club property, housekeeping is not done every day.  Trash is collected daily but the Towel service is included in all stays of more than four days. If your stay is for less than eight nights, you will receive new towels on day four. If your stay is for eight nights or longer, you will receive a full cleaning service with Towel service on day four and Towel service again on day eight.
