We require a $200 deposit (which goes towards the room total) and booking information for your reservation. This deposit will only be refunded to you if we are unable to secure the reservation for you. Once we book the reservation for you and send you the contract details, the remaining balance would be due within 7 days (for example, if the room is booked on January 1st, payment is due no later than January 8th).
