Add Dining Plan Form

Important: Per Disney, the dining plan you choose MUST match your hotel reservation. If you have 2 adults and 1 child on the room reservation, then the dining plan must reflect that. If you are staying 5 nights and 6 days, then your dining plan MUST be for 5 nights. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to these rules. If you input the wrong information on this form, then the total amount will be incorrect.

The Quick-Service Plan is $57.01 per adult and $23.83 per child.
The Standard Plan is $94.28 per adult and $29.69 per child.

The prices listed above are per night.

Children 2 years of age and under are free and should not be included when filling out this form.
